Increases flexibility by stretching the lower back. Strengthens abdominals.
Place feet on foot rest and legs under foot holders. Lean forward onto the equipment and cross your arms across your chest. Begin to tighten your abdominal muscles and slowly lift your upper body until back is straight. Hold then slowly return to starting position. The hand rails can also be used as a dip station.
